Azure (RM) - How To Create a Load Balancer
1) VMs (Resource Manager)
a. Create with Availability Set (required) (VMs with related responsibility and uptime)
b. Place all VMs in the Availability Set with Different Fault and Update Domains
2) Network Security Group
a. Under Network Interfaces
b. Allow for RDP, HTTP, HTTPS
3) Microsoft Load Balancer
a. Set up a Public Static IP Address
b. Set up Probes to detect VMs that are not operational
c. Add VMs to the Backend Pools
d. Create Load Balancer Rules for Ports
i. HTTP/HTTPS (Session or Sessionless)
