This might be an unpopular opinion… but CNC carbon fiber drone frames just don’t make sense to me. They waste tons of material, cost more, and limit your designs to flat, 2D shapes.
With 3D printing, you can create complex, functional frames with integrated mounts, countersunk holes, and custom features — all for a fraction of the cost. Plus, when you crash (and you will), you can just reprint parts instead of buying new sheets of carbon fiber every time.
